Refund policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are generally final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost. Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Custom fabricated orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
