Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing & Lead Times All of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Standard orders typically ship within 7–14 business days after payment is confirmed. Larger custom projects and complex fabrications may require additional time — we will communicate estimated timelines directly with you before and during production.

Shipping Carriers & Rates We select the most cost-effective shipping carrier available at the time of shipment, which may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight services for oversized items. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Damaged Shipments We take great care in packaging our products, but damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. We handle each situation on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.
